Excellent view and good fun!

This is a wonderful property at a great location. I along with four other friends stayed at this place for a few days. Pedregal was a beautiful, exclusive neighborhood at a great location. We couldn't have asked for a better located property in Cabo San Lucas. One of the nights we used Chef's service for a sumptuous dinner. Pool was warm enough hence didn't need to be heated. Owner, Suzanne, advised us about this. Lock on the back door wasn't perfect. Since the neighborhood is well secured it really didn't bother us. A prior comment about the steep, winding roads in the neighborhood is true but it really didn't matter to us since we had a rental car. For us, walking to the cafe and the beach turned out to be a great morning hike. Suzanne was extremely helpful from the get go. A week prior to our arrival, although she was out of country, was very helpful in answering all of our questions. ”

Lovely home in an amazing development in Cabo!

I have been coming to Cabo for 36 years, and never stayed in a home in Pedregal before this visit. I booked this home last-minute, for a 4-day stay. Upon arrival, the agent was there to greet us (Alex), she took us into the house & gave us a short tour & keys. This home is decorated in a lot of Talavera pottery, which as the title says is very warm, "Mexican Chic" look & vibrant colors! The room upstairs is a great room, kitchen open to dining area & family room nook (half bath), and a small pool is on this upper floor - great pool furniture,gas grill, gorgeous view of the Pacific & other giant homes. a semi-spiral staircase (25 stairs) takes you to the bottom floor, which has the 4 bedrooms & 3 baths, laundry room (washer, no functioning dryer). Each room is different decor, similar to a boutique hotel, and 1 of them facing the ocean have ensuite bathrooms, the other 2 share a bath, and the interior (second) master has ensuite bath. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen - filled with every possible utensil you would need for cooking, big gas BBQ outside by the pool, dishes/pots/pans galore & even spices (and some food) left by the owner or other guests - even a cabinet full of board games, etc.! I walked every morning to watch the sunrise & look at the amazing real estate, and the beach access is literally 5-7 minutes by foot from the house - very convenient .Absolutely no swimming here in the Pacific, but a great place to chill out & sunbath with a constant breeze, even in September. We did not end up staying at this property. Owner's agent at property spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. So that was an issue. Property is long bumpy road from downtown Cabo. View from pool was amazing. ”
