Spacious, Private, Well Appointed and Ideally Located Estate

I have a LOT of good things to say about this property and its ambassador / owner. We had a great experience and I highly recommend this property for its ease of access to the Strip, the surrounding parks, trails, etc... The backyard offers great privacy and the pool, spa, fire pits, backyard are fabulous as well as the dual master suites and gaming room.... Ping pong, pool, shuffle board and every game system you cab think of. The kitchen has everything you need PLUS all the seasonings you can think of. Great experience... Highly recommend. ”

Spacious & Comfortable

It was great to stay outside of the busyness of The Strip as we enjoyed visiting the Hoover Dam and hiking., However, it was an easy Uber ride away. The home was very clean. The beds super comfortable. We had a small group, but the home is spacious for a larger group. Dan, our contact, was very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful property with great amenities in a relaxing setting. ”

My husband and I had nothing but great things to say about this property. It was very clean and spacious. The few times we needed to communicate with the owner is was very responsive. The property was about 20 min from the strip so convenient for us to get around. You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Would definetely reserve again!”

Amazing time in Vegas!

I took my nephews to Vegas for Spring Break! Mike was a great host! The house was huge, clean and the property was perfect! The location was close enough to the strip, hockey games and Oscar's Steakhouse on Fremont Street. The pool was awesome- it was almost hard to leave the beautiful property to go anywhere else. Beds were super cozy and the house was a blast. Thanks Mike!”

Great Stay At A Very Nice Property

We had a group of 4 staying for a 3 night golf trip to Vegas and we really loved the house. There was plenty of room on a nice quiet street and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool out back each day to just hang out, have a few drinks and relax. We'd love to come back and stay again and next time bring a few more friends because there were several empty bedrooms and this lovely place can accommodate plenty of guests. Thanks again for a great stay. We highly recommend this house. ”

Beautiful large home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this extremely well equipped home. I was very impressed with kitchen, which had everything we needed including the condiments and spices. Dan was a great host, he went way above and beyond to make our stay great. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beds were very comfortable.”

Off strip oasis

This was the perfect outpost for my family when I was in town for a conference. Tons of space, game room, lots of natural light, great views, amazing pool area. Gas firepit, heatable pool, hot tub that turns on with a remote, soundsystem throughout house, etc. Host was very accessible and clear on getting into house, making sure everything was going well, etc. This will for sure be my first option next time I’m in Vegas!”

Big home with lots of beds!

Clean home, needs updating. Was perfect for our group of 8. 20 minute Uber to the strip but easy to arrange. There was lots of noise from airplanes overhead in the early morning hours. Host was available by text when needed and very accommodating. ”

Amazing Place to Stay Off the Strip!

If you are tired of the non-stop crowds and cacophony of staying in casino hotels in Las Vegas, (or never liked it to begin with), this house is a great alternative. It is a very high-end, large single-family residence only about 15 minutes from the Strip or downtown Las Vegas with all the amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, pool table, etc.). We loved it. In addition, Dan, the property manager is very helpful and available to guide you thru the check-in process or any house questions remotely. The house is very clean and well-maintained and has a well-stocked kitchen, sound system and large flat screen TVs in every room. While we were not able to enjoy it due to cool weather it also has a very private and well-landscaped back year and patio. ”

Perfect Yard

What a wonderful stay! We had never stayed off the strip on a trip to Las Vegas and really glad we made the choice. We spent all day and all night outside by the firepit, cooking at the grill and relaxing by the pool. The house truly felt like home and we appreciated Dan being so welcoming.
