This villa has five ensuite bedrooms with private terraces and comfortable day beds. All bedrooms have dramatic sea views and king size beds. The bathrooms feature large, modern bathtubs and spacious walk in showers with black slate tiling. Each bathroom also has a secluded outdoor showering area. The spacious, open plan kitchen is modern, with contemporary fixtures and amenities.

The living area contains an L shaped sofa which overlooks the infinity pool. The beautiful wooden dining table can easily seat ten people, making this villa the perfect place for entertaining friends, family or guests. The house also benefits from a sizeable wooden terrace perched on a hilltop. This can be transformed into an entertainment venue to host cocktails and barbecues, or it could even become a stylish dance floor.

The house has its own gym with the latest sports equipment including a state of the art cross trainer and running machine. An AV room is equipped with a 42 inch plasma screen television and surround sound system. The surround sound system also extends to the living area. A 15-metre, blue-tiled infinity pool is the perfect place to relax and is surrounded by sleek sun beds.

For 3RD HOME members, there is a compulsory daily maid service of $30 per day (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT). Prices for a private chef, transfers and other services can be provided on request.

Our 43ft motor sailing Catamaran, ‘Kindred Spirit’ is spacious, comfortable and stylish; the perfect yacht for extended overnight charters, stylish sunset cruises or parties. Her 3 cabins in various sizes can sleep six guests. You may wish to venture to the peaceful neighbouring island of Koh Phangan, or the remote natural paradise of the Angthong Marine Park, the choice is yours.
