No smoking inside the home.
No outside trash as it attracts wildlife
No outside fires except the propane firepit
Firewood is for indoor fireplace only
Do not leave fires unattended
All trash must be taken to refuse area at North entrance
No parking on Big Canoe streets
Driveway allows for 3-4 vehicles max
Additional Fees
Enjoy access at the Big Canoe Swim Club which offers spa water swimming pool, swimming lake with white sand beach, canoes/paddle boats/yolo boards and a rock water-slide (summer only) all just steps away. Also enjoy The Lakeside Bistro overlooking the pool and lake. Passes may be purchased at the Swim Club during the summer months. Pontoon canoes kayaks Jon boats all available for rent at Lake Petit 3 minutes from the house year round at the Marina.
