Great Property and Room was Terrific
Room was very nicely appointed -- kitchen was very high end and having the full extra bathroom was perfect. Also, the front desk and concierge were very helpful!”
MGM - Signature
Great location, great property very well maintained.”
Would Stay Again
This is a very nice condo-hotel located adjacent/connected to the MGM Grand. The unit was very well maintained and comfortable for the two of us. From front desk to housekeeping to concierge, the staff was as good as any experienced at 5-star resorts. The 3rdHome owner was responsive and helpful. While this could be a 5-star rating, I deducted one star due to key-to-value. The exchange fee of $495 along with the number of keys is more than being able to secure the same unit via vrbo or similar sites. -- 3rdHome staff should reassess.”
signature MGM Grand
The apartment was on the 25th floor with a wonderful view of the airport and distant hills. The apartment (suite) was a nice one bedroom suite like one would expect from a first class four star hotel. And therein lies the issue, it was a hotel suite and not a residence. We had to ask for dishes and glasses etc. But for a weekend in Las Vegas, it was fine. PS-the second bathroom was a nice feature.”
High End, Great Location on the South Strip
We stayed at the Signature Suites condo for 5 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. The location is excellent, with indoor access (about an 8 minute walk) to the MGM Grand Hotel. While we didn't get to enjoy the MGM Grand pools (they were closed), we did explore the hotel and others on the Strip. The condo is well appointed with a huge bathroom including jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The bedroom is also of good size with two closets. The living area has a small fold out sofa and a small kitchen (Sub Zero fridge). The view from the balcony is of the MGM pools, which during the summer must be great. The concierge services in the building are excellent and as stated above, location on south Strip is convenient to NY NY, Luxor and Mandalay Bay. ”
We were very comfortable our MGM Signature suite. It was exactly as described on 3RD HOME. Many thanks to Christina for all her recommendations to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Jeff and Jennifer J, Sacramento, California”
