Beware!!!

This property was a disappointment. The city location is excellent but the location of the property is not good with no good views of the ocean. It is in the flood zone and during high tide the driveway and parking area is flooded leaving behind puddles and mud. The whole townhouse needs an upgrade but the one bathroom urgently needs a complete renovation. The shower has no stall or shower curtain and the whole bathroom gets wet. Cleaning was not good so we had to wash the dishes and clean. The dishwasher is loose and falls over when in use. There was no lights in the dining area but after a few days these were replaced. AC was not working. I was generous with two stars for the city location and due to the moroccan decor. ”
