The four bedrooms include three King size master suites, as well as a guest room with two Queen size beds. All four of the bedrooms feature large ensuite, private bathrooms.

The home is located in a secure, gated community that sits on a small peninsula formed by the Pacific Ocean and a tranquil estuary flowing from the inland rainforest. Take just a few steps out of the home and find yourself on one of the most beautiful and pristine volcanic beaches in the Guanacaste Province. The protected strand is sheltered from large waves, making it the perfect spot for young children and relaxing crystal-clear swims. If you’re looking to catch some waves, the home is located a short drive from several world-famous surf breaks.
