Like our own owners, visiting THIRDHOME members pay daily housekeeping and gratuity fees directly to the Resort, as follows:
Effective January 1, 2024, Daily Usage fee for three (3) bedroom Owners, a $83.00 per night will be applied. Daily Gratuities of $50.00 will apply. Should occupancy exceed five (5) persons, an additional $10.00 per person, per day will be applied.
Housekeeping services will be scheduled accordingly during your visit.

August 2019Great stay with an abrupt ending
The property is gorgeous, the staff friendly and the onsite restaurants seem to have upped their game and are as good as any on the island. Guests should be aware that the 11am checkout time is firm. The on-site restaurants don’t open until noon, so be prepared to entertain yourself for that interim hour if you don’t have to leave for the airport until afternoon. Amenities — the beautiful infinity pool and the beach — are available until your departure, along with shower and changing facilities. I recommend that The Reefs consider opening their restaurants at 11:30 on Saturdays (checkout day). That would really make checkout day a lot easier on guests, and eliminate the single bad experience we had during our stay, which was leaving, I also recommend guests ask about the meal plan program. We think it’s well worth the cost.”
