Puerto Vallarta Sweeping Views

Situated in one of PV's most exclusive communities, Real Conchas Chinas (there are only 11 homes behind the guarded security gates), Hacienda de los Santos was built to US standards by an American woman in the 1990s. This 5-BR hacienda enjoys spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas, while only a five-minute drive from PV's best entertainment and restaurants. Now, with a new 2 bedroom 2 bath casita with dipping pool!

It is hacienda style, with all rooms (except casita) open to the interior verandas, where one enjoys the infinity pool and hot tub -- while surveying the spectacular views of PV and the Bay of Banderas. The word "stunning" is over-used in describing scenery. We leave it to you to decide for yourself on this vista.

The house is one of two that are the highest on the mountain, so birds fly by constantly -- at eye level. The home was refurbished by noted architect Gene Fortun in Fall 2011.

Hacienda de los Santos has a full-time staff of two (cook/housekeeper and houseman) who attend to guests' needs Monday-Saturday (extra staff will be needed, at modest cost, when three or more bedrooms are used). The staff can provide meal service for breakfast and lunch (if desired). Dinner and cocktail service may be arranged with the staff (through our manager) at additional cost.

The home is a 5-minute taxi/car ride from Olas Altas, the most active entertainment and restaurant section of PV (as well as its most charming sector). Four bedrooms, all en suite, are in the main house. The attached "casita" comprises its own entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and private veranda.
