Deer Run at Cypress Creek is our 12-acre ranch with 220-feet frontage on gorgeous Cypress Creek. It is ideal for swimming or just lazily drifting below the astonishing 100-feet tall cypress trees that form a green canopy over the Creek.

This property is an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking the serenity and rusticity of the country without sacrificing amenities such as good restaurants, authentic local music, shopping in the town's antiques and crafts stores, and friendly small-town people (the annual Pie Sale is one of the town's biggest events!)

As the sun rises and sets, curious deer roam the property (we suspect the caretaker's wife feeds them, which is why they come so close). Two houses are available. The Creek House has 2 BRs and 1 bath living room, enormous kitchen, and patio with BBQ. There is an exotic stone sculpture piece commissioned by the previous owner (the scion of one of North America's largest fortunes). The Little House is a 1 BR, 1 bath cottage (with living room/sofa bed, den/TV room, and kitchen) whose stone verandas overlook Cypress Creek, only steps away.

The third home on the property is occupied by the full-time caretakers (husband and wife and their two children). The caretaker's house is set away from the creek so the property available for 3rd home offers a quiet and private setting on the creek. A barn and outbuildings also are on the property, which is dotted with majestic live oaks.
