January 2021Beautiful Ecuador
The house in Cayambe was beautiful. The caretakers Christina and Victor did an amazing job cooking beautiful food and their service was very attentive.Christina cooked a beautiful meal on the open grill the evening we arrived, and another night she cooked in the brick oven. Victor was very helpful with his guidance around town and suggestions, couldn't have done it without his assistance. The house was very spacious with beautiful gardens and a farm with cattle and llamas. There was lots to do during the day, visits to the volcanos, the town of Otavalo where there is a wonderful textile market and Cotacachi a town with lots of leather stores. We can’t wait to return!!!”
