This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath riverside retreat in Mindo offers approximately 3,500 square feet across two levels for up to 10 guests. Surrounded by cloud forest vegetation and tropical gardens, the home sits alongside the Saguambi River while remaining a short walk from the center of town.

The spacious living area provides room for gathering, with a television, games and a separate children’s playroom. A fully equipped kitchen and coffee station support shared meals at home, while Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces in the bedrooms add flexibility for longer stays. Portable fans are provided throughout the home.

All five bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom is located downstairs and four are upstairs, with two upper bedrooms opening to balconies overlooking the gardens and river. Bedding includes three full beds, one queen bed and four twin beds across the five rooms.

Outdoor living centers on the large covered porch overlooking the river and surrounding gardens. Guests have direct river access, a fully fenced backyard, outdoor dining and lounge areas, a charcoal grill and a fire pit. Hummingbirds, butterflies and other local wildlife are frequent visitors to the property.

Central Mindo is approximately a three-minute walk away, offering restaurants and access to the region’s outdoor experiences. Guests can explore cloud forest trails, waterfalls, birdwatching reserves, butterfly gardens, river tubing and canopy adventures throughout the surrounding Mindo area.
