Situated away from the Queens Highway in a private and secluded neighborhood, this marvelous home has a peaceful nature that combines effortlessly with a beautiful blend of indoor and outdoor living. Together, these aspects bring unparalleled island charm to each and every guest. Hardwood floors extend throughout the home, adding a rustic sensibility that will immediately put you at ease. Lounge in the plush living room while the master chef makes good use of the modern amenities in the kitchen to whip up something delicious for dinner!

With four spacious bedrooms, this gorgeous home easily sleeps up to ten guests. Two bedroom features king-sized beds, named the Owners Suite and the Waterman Suite respectively. The Waterman Suite overlooks sweeping views of the shimmering waters of the harbor. The separate studio offers a king-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has a queen, full, and child’s bed available if you have little ones!

With a large, glistening swimming pool and docking facilities, this home is a water lover’s oasis! Mix up a cocktail at the bar and lounge by the pool, enjoying the warm Caribbean sunshine. This area has plenty of outdoor seating, making it perfect for an outdoor barbecue. The grill master of the group will love taking advantage of the Hibachi grill and pizza oven.

Kayaks and a 10-foot motorized dinghy are included, allowing access to the local beaches, islands, and bonefishing flats around the area. The property also has a 20-foot Centre Console boat, which can be included by a separate contract. This boat is perfect for exploring Elizabeth Harbor or even Sandy Cay. Moriah Cay, one of the best beaches in all of Exuma, is less than 500 yards away from your front door. The property is entirely surrounded by Moriah Cay, offering access to dozens of secluded, white powder beaches.

Honeymoon at the Mandarin

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Mandarin Exuma! I do hope to bring the family next time, but this round was for my husband and I to finally enjoy our "honeymoon" which we never had. We were there when Hurricane Dorian was threatening the area, but we were not affected. My husband snorkeled and adventured to the island in the near distance, we took walks around the neighborhood, soaked up the sunshine and moon shine in the pool,... We found everything and more was in the kitchen for our use. Everything was pretty self explanatory, although I found the house manual a few days later in the pile of the magazines, which had more informations. We ventured out to Cancer beach, Mom's Bakery and the restaurant next door, (name escapes me, but starts with S) and lots of island explorations and driving about. I highly recommend this home and the area! Thank you Chleo, Chris and the rest of the team who tended the property before and during our stay. The Kent Family”

Blue Water Paradise!

This was our second stay and the Mandarin House and we absolutely love it! The 4 separate villas make for great privacy. The home is comfortable, well stocked and located in one of our favorite spots, Moriah Harbor. We really enjoyed the pool area, grilling and swimming most evenings. Monica, the home manager, is very quick to respond, answered my many questions and provided great information about the area. She even picked up supplies for our Sunday arrival because the stores were closed. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. We rented a boat from Drex which I highly recommend. He brings the boat to the home dock and gives you a short tour before leaving you on your own. Take the boat, kayaks or paddle board (provided at the home) a short distance across the harbor to your own private paradise and you can walk for miles in the shallow water. The sandbars and bright blue water is amazing! It’s the most beautiful and private beach in Exuma in our opinion. We can’t wait to return! ”
