June 2024A Hidden Gem with Top Shelf Service
We have never been to Morocco though we like an adventure. The communication through Hideaways, not Third Home, prior to the trip was clear and transparent. There were several options for tours available that you can book if you don't want to do research. I recommend to definitely book the van with the driver as Marrakesh and outskirts are wonderful to view as a first timer, not to mention the peace of mind of a professional driver. From pick-up at the airport it was a seamless and a catered experience. The cook, Saloua, was phenomenal and had breakfast and whatever time we requested. We also arranged dinner on some days which was doubly delicious. Hamza, our driver, was there at the time we assigned every day, and coordination with pick ups wherever we went were seamless (make sure you have WhatsApp or another reliable method of communication). Upon entry to the house, we were welcomed with a gift basket filled with adult and child goodies and that was an amazing touch with the owners. THANK YOU!! The home was built, decorated, and furnished with everything you would need, and that is understating its beauty inside, and especially out. The grounds were well manicured, the pool was an excellent temperature and perfect areas for children and adults, and we also relished the tennis court. The view of the Atlas Mountains and sunsets underscored how special the home is. Major appreciation to the homeowners and architect of the design work. The tours to the waterparks, gardens, medinas, Atlas Mountains and waterfalls, pottery crafting, Argan oil womens cooperative, and taking in all what Marrakesh offers was just as special as Saloua and Hamza made it. They truly made us feel like family with their exceptional service and attention to detail. We hope to be back with a larger group and get some more shopping in as the medinas were just a plethora of things to decorate our house with memories. ”

February 2023Beautiful house outside of Marrakech
The house is beautiful and on wonderfully maintained grounds. Private swimming pool and tennis court. The house is very large, can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The in-home staff is really helpful, and cook great meals if you request (extra charge, but very reasonable). It is a 20 minute drive to Marrakech, and the traffic can be challenging (lots of motor bikes and pedestrians crossing the road). We got used to it, but if you're not a confident driver, it could be challenging. Highly recommended!”
