Like our own owners, visiting THIRDHOME members pay the daily usage fees and gratuity fees directly to the Resort, as follows:
Effective January 1, 2024, Daily Usage fee for two (2) bedroom Owners, a $62.00 per night will be applied. Daily Gratuities of $40.00 will apply. Should occupancy exceed four (4) persons, an additional $10.00 per person, per day will be applied.
Housekeeping services will be scheduled accordingly during your visit.

Effective as of March 30, 2024, check-in and check-out will be Saturday to Saturday.

Just had the great pleasure of staying at the Reefs Club. Our entire experience at this lovely resort/residence was absolutely outstanding! Being so warmly greeted with Rum Swizzles when we first arrived by Jennifer Dodwell Cappadona, Resort & Club Manager, and her delightful staff, made us feel so welcome, and helped us to settle in immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our fine dining experience, complete with panoramic views of the beach and ocean, at the Aqua Terra Restaurant, and our more casual experience dining steps from the beach, at Coconuts. We loved spending endless hours at the beach and pool, swimming and kayaking, all the while taking in the breathtaking views that surrounded us. Also enjoyed sipping cocktails and attending a very fun rum tasting event at the Clubhouse Bar and Lounge. The Reefs Club exceeded any and all of our expectations for views, location, accommodation, and amenities. What really made this experience stand out to us though was the incredible friendliness of the staff who really went out of their way to make our trip memorable! 3rd time back to the Reefs club and we enjoyed it as we have in the past. Even thought the weather did not fully cooperate and the resort lost electricity for about 6 hours I would recommend the Reefs Club in Bermuda.”
