Amazing beach destination

We had a fantastic stay at Clearwater Bungalow and would absolutely stay here again. The house was exactly as advertised, the amenities were great, the neighborhood was quiet, and everything we needed to know was clearly outlined in the welcome instructions. The pool area was awesome, the AC worked incredibly well, and the location was hard to beat. The listing mentions a 5-minute walk to the beach, but I’d argue it’s closer to 2 minutes. Even better, that stretch of beach was surprisingly quiet and uncrowded compared to other areas nearby. The house is also close enough to town that walking back is a realistic option, which was a nice bonus. My only two pieces of feedback: First, the WiFi shut off around 10 PM one evening, which happened to be while we were trying to watch the Colorado Avalanche win the Stanley Cup Finals. Unfortunately, not only could we not watch the game, but the Avs didn’t win either. While neither outcome was ideal, it would have been helpful to know about the WiFi schedule ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly and watched the game elsewhere—perhaps at Hulk Hogan’s Hangout. Second, Ryan mentioned some concerns from the neighbors about “kids” staying at the property. While I completely understand and respect the importance of maintaining good relationships with neighbors, I did get a chuckle out of being referred to as a kid. The group consisted entirely of people in their late twenties with established careers, so it felt like we had officially entered the strange life stage where we're simultaneously old enough to complain about back pain but still young enough to be called kids. All jokes aside, we appreciated Ryan’s trust and communication throughout the stay and would happily return in the future. Overall, it was an excellent experience.”

Absolutely over the top! Ryan was awesome in making sure everything was perfect which it was. The nicest appointed home/condo we have ever stayed. You name it, Ryan had it. 5 minute walk to the beach and close to some great restaurants and bars! ”

Great Getaway steps from quiet Beach

The photos do not do justice as to how beautiful this house is. It is much bigger than it looks, and is newly renovated with a wonderful beachy vibe. A quiet, chill beach in 1.5 small blocks away, and the house has everything you need for the beach. The house has everything you need, period. Very well-equiped. Exceptional communication with the owner, Ryan. His housebook is the best I've seen, including my own. Do not think twice about renting this house when it comes up, it is worth every key. Wonderful

We are so grateful. The house was wonderful, very spacious and comfortable. Ryan was a dream to speak with each time. Everything was ready when we arrived. The pool is great for kids as the shallow end is shallow enough to let the little ones play in the pool while the adults lay to catch some rays.
