As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a cozy interior with sleek hardwood floors, neutral tones, nautical accents, high open ceilings, and a stone fireplace. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the lake, or in the cooler months, curling up by the fire with a cup of hot chocolate. Enjoy the views from the expansive windows, and glass door, or hang out on the back deck on all of the high-end patio furniture.
Behind the living room is the country-style kitchen. The walls are lined in tiles that pop against the dark granite countertops. The stainless steel appliances provide ease to the cooks in the family, and the kitchen is equipped with anything you need to make a family meal. The center island is perfect for casual meals, or if you'd like to catch the morning news on TV during breakfast.
The dining area is toward the front of the house and is surrounded by windows for more outdoor viewing and natural sunlight. The elegant table seats eight guests comfortably and everyone will find the setting perfect for more formal meals.
Hiawassee Lakefront Home boasts six bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, comfortable quilts, and dark wood furniture. Enjoy the views of the lake and watch the sun come up in the morning right from the master suite.
There are five additional guest bedrooms. There are two queen-size rooms, two twin rooms, and a bunk room. The bunkroom is ensuite with a spacious walk-in shower and modern appliances.
In addition to all of the outdoor fun, you will also enjoy the game room with shuffleboard, refrigerator, bar, and tons of toys for the lake. The home also boasts a brand-new washer and dryer for added convenience.
With lakes, mountains, waterfalls, and gardens surrounding Hiawassee, you will find plenty to do outside of the home as well. Hamilton Gardens at Lake Chatuge is just down the road where you can view amazing vegetation and take a peaceful stroll. You will also want to check out Blue Hole Falls, a hidden gem that is perfect for the experienced hiker looking for a memorable workout and scenery.

The Lake house in Hiawassee was delightful, very well appointed & extremely comfortable. The owners are very thoughtful in setting up the house for guests, even providing a welcome gift.
