Absolutely Amazing

Aside from the beautiful the beach location, this penthouse met and exceeded all expectations. One of the most important things is getting a good night sleep and the master bedroom has a very comfortable bed, stunning view, and it’s quiet! The downstairs level has lots of space, more balconies and that view! Unit is beautifully appointed and the complex has a Jacuzzi that we enjoyed every night! The complex itself is quiet and relaxed and only steps from the swimmable ocean! Which is not something you i say of two prior places we stayed in Cabo. You can’t swim everywhere in Cabo, but you can swim here. The beach, is 4 miles (each way) of beautiful and clean sand, with the stunning ocean at your feet. Upon arrival we were met with the yummy chips, homemade salsa, and guacamole. A delicious gesture that we truly appreciated. The host was responsive to our questions and we would love to return!”

Penthouse Paradise

The penthouse had everything we needed and Carlene was so helpful and responsive. We were welcomed with cold beers and fresh guacamole and pico de gallo in the fridge upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice gym that we utilized during our stay for workouts. The view and direct access to the beach was amazing and our children enjoyed the sand toys and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. We found the location to be amazing- nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves. Thank you Carlene for making our first Third Home stay incredible. ”

We weren’t sure what to expect and ended up very happy with the 3 bedroom penthouse. I like the old Spanish style decor but it is a little dated. If you’re looking for modern contemporary this isn’t for you. Wonderful beach and good restaurants within walking distance. ”

Great Penthouse

The Penthouse was in a great location close to grocery stores and San Jose and steps away from the beach. The home was very well equipped with all the necessary utensils for all our cooking needs. The bbq right on the deck was perfect for grilling. The patio furniture and cushions could use updating though. The home is very spacious with beautiful views to the ocean to watch the whales and lovely sunsets. The only issue would be the traffic noise as the main highway is right behind the building.
