House Rules
Sundial B-403 Guest Instructions:
1) We have Wolf induction oven. Please do not use aluminum foil in oven as it will damage oven. Only use cookware that is in the unit as it is specifically made for this oven.
2) Coffee table is on rollers. Only move it right to left towards kitchen if you need to use sleeper sofa. Do not move coffee table towards fireplace.
3) No ski boots, skis or snowboards allowed inside condo. Please use free valet ski room in lobby to store these items. Ski room has heated boot warmers.
4) No Pets.
5) No smoking in unit or on balcony.
Exterior Ring Doorbell Security camera outside front door. No security cameras inside unit.
Note: Induction cooking is a method of cooking that uses a copper coil underneath the cooking surface to generate electromagnetic energy. This energy transfers directly to your cookware to make it hot enough to cook food.

Optional Daily Housekeeping is $29 per day
HOA charges parking fee of $25 per night year round. Subject to increase to $35 per night in the winter of 2025/2026. Fee paid via APP in garage.

A perfect one bedroom condo in a perfect location at Canyons ski village in Park City. Walk to the Gondola in the winter. Sit on the porch overlooking the village and listen to the concerts in the summer. Clean and nicely decorated. Great visit at the Sundial Lodge.”

I recently stayed at Sundial Lodge just outside of Park City, Utah. This is a a one-bedroom unit, and had everything I needed. The location is ideal, siituated right in the heart of Canyons Village, it offered easy access to the lifts, dining options, and shops. Whether you're skiing in the winter or exploring the area in the summer, everything you need is just a short walk away. The unit was well-appointed and comfortable. The one-bedroom setup was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook when I was in the mood. Host was super nice and available throughout my entire stay.”
