Our home is located just steps from the beach in Phase 1 of the Villas del Mar just west of the One&Only Palmilla Mexico Resort. Where warm waves break onto a dramatic shoreline…and grey whales can be seen rising majestically in the distance.

Walk right down our private staircase, let your feet sink in the white sand beneath you, and take in the beautiful smell of the ocean.

Here, the gracious style of Old Mexico - with its red-tiled roofs, whitewashed walls, and idyllic setting of exquisite fountains - is quietly nestled amidst swaying palms, bird of paradise and other tropical bloom.

From our Villas del Mar home, the Palmilla One & Only Resort is 5-10 minute walk and accessible for cocktails, dining and spa use. They have several nice restaurants and bars and the setting is stunning. They include ‘Mexiterranean’ and Euro Asian cuisines along with fresh sushi. Tequila tastings are also available at Agua and the resort features over 1,500 international wines.

Fishing charters can be arranged easily at the Palmilla Bay Beach, a short drive or ten minute walk from our home.

The highly rated Palmilla Golf course is 5 minutes by car and they offer discounts to Villas del Mar owners and their guests.

The home is divided in two levels - Two bedrooms and living area upstairs and two master bedrooms and laundry downstairs.
