Viceroy Garden Villa

I will start that the overall property is beautiful. The Villa is also very large and spacious. We loved that we had our own plunge pool, which my husband used daily. The only issues is the villa does not have a regular door and only has a very heavy sliding door. It was hard for us to open/close and I can't imagine someone elderly. We also did not like that you cannot lock the villa if you leave, only able to lock from the inside. We did not have any issues with it, but would have been nice to lock up when you leave. Also, unfortunately during our stay they were doing a lot of construction work on the villa across from ours and it would get very loud, even as early as 7am.”

Gorgeous property!

We booked at the Viceroy on the recommendation of another Third Home member. Sometimes at affiliates there's a sales pitch but from the moment we arrived to when we checked out the staff and customer service were amazing! We ordered room service, ate at Cielomar Rooftop and had snacks poolside. The food was all amazing and, in our opinion, priced in line with the quality. The cocktails/booze/wine are all pretty pricey though. Spa is more than just your service so plan to enjoy a couple of hours relaxing in the various hot/cold plunge options. We also loved this location since you can walk or bike to old town. Can't wait to go back! ”

Beautiful Garden Villa and property!

I have been wanting for few years get to the Viceroy! It definitely was well worth it. The property is just beautiful and has very cool vibes! Our Garden Villa was HUGE! So much space and really felt private. We could only stay for a few nights due to our schedule, definitely plan to get back there so can stay longer.”

Incredible Resort

I had an amazing stay at this resort. The villa was large and very nice and the resort was 5 stars in every way. This was one of the nicest resorts and the best service I have received in the past 10 years. The food was really expensive, but the quality of the food which was served was great($130-140 for a rack of lamb or steak and $50 for a salad). We we taken back when we saw the pricing, but the quality of the food was outstanding and we weren't concerned by the cost of the items on the menus the rest of the trip. There is kitchen with a stove, oven and microwave and a grill on the patio, so you can cook if you do not want to eat out each night. The grocery store is only a few blocks away too.”
