Beautiful property with top notch service from all staff members. Great restaurants without having to travel anywhere. Luxurious spa, and wide variety of fun adventures r ginger from swimming with dolphins , to deep sea fishing, snorkeling and sunset cruises. Michelin recommended restaurants throughout the area. The units are we maintained and easy access to San Juan Del Cabo and beyond. A great place to stay as a couple or with family. ”

The 2 bedroom PH was absolutely amazing, incredible ocean views with unbelievable rooftop patio. One of the best units I’ve stayed in Cabo with Thirdhome. Definitely would recommend this place for your future vacation ”

Great property, fantastic service, good food -- but could use some TLC

First, the good: the entire staff was competent and helpful. The food at the restaurants was good, only occasionally great (but that's pretty typical of resort fare). The accomodations were also great (they upgraded us from the 2-bedroom penthouse to a 3-bedroom villa, which was wonderful.) But while the overall property was well situated beautiful, it seemed like it was in a lot of need of deferred maintenance: peeling paint and stucco, creaky wood boardwalks, etc. Now, to be fair, the hotel seems to be aware of this, in that maintenance workers were actively addressing a lot of these issues. But it was unfortunate that so much of the property had fallen into such a state of disrepair and had to be fixed while were there. Overall, we had a great time. Would we go back? Yes, but not until everything is fixed, which suspect will be in the next several months. ”

Modern Luxury with Outstanding Dining and Service

The two-bedroom penthouse offers phenomenal views and excellent privacy. The resort itself is beautiful and modern, with outstanding service. The beach is lovely, though not suitable for swimming. The food at the resort is fantastic, and the rooftop restaurant, Clielomar, is absolutely delicious. The resort is just a 10-minute drive from town, where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. During our stay, there were quite a few small children. It would be nice if the resort offered an “adults-only” pool by the beach. They do provide bottled water daily with housekeeping service; however, Nespresso coffee pods must be purchased separately. Penthouse Paradise!

This was one of the best stays that I have ever booked with ThirdHome. The Penthouse at the Viceroy was GORGEOUS! The hotel was centrally located near a market and near a series of fabulous restaurants. The hotel restaurants were also fantastic. The staff was unbelievably curious and helpful. Seriously a 10 out of 10!”

Viceroy Los Cabos - Two Bedroom Penthouse

We were not sure what to expect from this property, given the small lobby and minimalist property architectural layout. Our goal was to have a truly relaxing getaway, and this was truly achieved. We were first welcomed with a 4000 sq ft penthouse villa with 2 bedrooms (there's a 3rd bedroom that can be used with a fold out couch or keep as a tv room) and 3 bathrooms. It was very spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. There was also a rooftop deck that 180 degree ocean views and boasted a Viking BBQ, patio table, sun-chairs for laying out, a daybed, fire-pit and couch, and a plunge-pool/spa that can accommodate 6-10 people. There was also a rooftop restroom that was convenient for use while using the upstairs/outdoor amenities. The property is very clean, the service was wonderful, the restaurants were very good, and the proximity to to downtown San Jose Del Cabo is a $5 - $8 Taxi ride into town.”

Viceroy Vacation

Jenn and I had a terrific time at Viceroy. We divided our week between a 3bdrm villa and the 2bdrm. The suites were fabulous. The views were stunning in both and the staff could not have been more accommodating. ”

We had a great stay at the Viceroy. The property was beautiful and the staff very attentive without being annoying. We were thrilled to have been upgraded to a three bedroom villa. Be aware that there is a cleaning fee and a $35 resort fee per person per day. Another review mentioned how expensive the food was at the Viceroy. I have recently stayed at other resorts in Cabo and found that though the Viceroy was a bit pricey that it was less expensive and the quality was much better than other resorts. There are plenty of excellent restaurants a short Uber ride away for excellent meals ( Flora Farms, Acre, Semillion, La Lupita). We would definitely book Viceroy again.”

STUNNING PH!

This was an AMAZING place/experience! The PH is a duplex with a massive outdoor terrace, a gigantic jacuzzi, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a BBQ, and an al fresco dining area. The unit is simply GORGEOUS. We were speechless when we stepped in. And that view...breathtaking. Thank you! ”

Highly Overpriced

Condo was Nice , sadly the Resort’s Pools are way Too small and Water temperature in the pools to high, drinks and Food are Highly Over Priced $32 dlls for a Margarita pool side , really ? We were only 4 people and end up paying over $1,200 in Resort Fees just to have access to the Pool and Gym, it didn’t seem right.”
