There is a $100/ day mandatory fee for this property, which covers extra amenities, as well as the staff provided in the villa. The fee covers daily housekeeping, utilities, wifi, single airport pick up and drop off, usually a van for up to 10 people, daily concierge service.

Food and massage services come at an additional cost.

$65 Chef service for either lunch or dinner (food costs are charged at grocery bills plus 27%) breakfast chef service is also available at the same cost, $65. Chef services must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance as well as menu choices. Subject to service charge of 10% and VAT 7%.
