This home is a custom design and perfectly blends incredible modern elements with the beauty of Central America's lush rainforests. The Great Room alone is roughly 1,600 square feet (50 square meters) of livable area including the kitchen, living room (with a big screen TV) and dining table. The main windows of the great room open to the ocean and jungles views peeking over the infinity pool and lovely deck with beach lounger style chairs. The kitchen is full of premium appliances and surfaces, including a 6-burner gas stove and all the modern amenities you'll need to cook up a feast or even a quick meal on the run. The kitchen island has a built-in wine fridge and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The beautiful dining table allows for a more formal dining arrangement and seats 8.

The large infinity pool has partially submerged chairs built into each end for lounging in the water and maximum relaxation with the views to match. At the north end of the pool is a BBQ grill, making for more great dining possibilities and a way to enjoy the outdoors while you cook away.

Each of the four bedrooms is large at roughly 600 square feet (about 20 square meters) of livable area ,with each having its own full bathroom and shower. Each of the four suites has its own private bath and ample storage with large closets. Each suite also has its own TV and mini-fridge, as well as air conditioning.

The Pool Suite has a King sized bed and looks over the infinity pool to to the northwest along the coastline to views of lovely Manuel Antonio 30 miles north. The sunsets are simply indescribable.

The adjacent North and South Suites (both with King sized beds) have tremendous white water/sunset views as well.

The Jungle Suite has two queen-sized beds, making for a great setup for kids if you need.

So, you'll have 4,000 plus square feet of beautiful living area under roof and a lot of incredible outdoor space as well with a lot more square footage there. As mentioned, this home was custom and meticulously designed to emphasize the close relationship with nature that guests can enjoy in Costa Rica, especially in this jungle setting. This is a unique property and certainly one that you'll never forget.

The entire home is connected with a mesh network to a high speed fiber internet service, which is rare in this location and ensures you can plug in as you need. We hope you won't have to, but it's there if you need it!

There also is a 2-car garage adjacent to the work area with a brand new washer/dryer, making packing a breeze. Feel free to pack a bit lighter than usual and make use of the laundry as you need. You won't need heavy clothing in this climate in either case!
