Convenient location and LOTS of sleep space

This property is very well managed by iHome and all of the logistics of the property were fastidiously attended to. From arrival to checkout, communication was constant and solicitous. Even the one small issue (we thought, but it wasn't) we had with the clothes dryer, the representative contacted us back immediately with an action plan. Kudos. This is for a large group looking for sleeping accommodations. There is a nice king master on the top floor, two doubles and a king in the second bedroom, and a king on the second floor. We slept on the 2nd floor to avoid walking two flights of stairs. Very comfortable! Then there are two sleep sofas in the lower foyer area (which doubles as a game kids room) and a sleep sofas in the dining area. Unlike some 3rd home properties this is a designated rental, so you won't find a cache of spices or other comestibles, but the host very thoughtfully did provide a large container of folgers! If you brought spices to cook with the kitchen is very well stocked with pans and utensils for cooking. But this is Nashville! You're going to eat your way through a southern gastronomy tour!! Bags, towels, soaps are there, too. The garage is a plus! Security cameras everywhere made us feel very safe.”

Outstanding!

What a fantastic property with large modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to the bus stop which is only a 10 minute ride into downtown. There are two great cafes nearby. I also appreciated the large washer and dryer. There are two steep staircases which might be a challenge for some guests. Our host could not be more accommodating in changes to our check in date. The unit is close to Belmont University. Definitely book here since there is plenty of room and large TV's in each bedroom.”

Great stay... great location!

Wonderful location close to downtown. The communication was excellent and the property was clean and comfortable. Since there's a garage we were able to park our car and take an Uber to get around to most places we wanted to go. There are stairs to get to each level but we had no issues with them and it was worth it for our stay. ”
