The all-suite main house sleeps four guests.

This prime beachside locale is situated near the Amtrak rails; passing trains may occasionally be heard. The building next door is currently under construction through December 2020.
Please note that the living room in the casita has air-conditioning and the main (front house) only has central heating.

The home was beautiful and the location an easy walk to the beach and central Montecito with many restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable and the house had several beautiful gardens. We enjoyed our stay. The 4 star rating was due to the following; The negatives were the noise from the train tracks and freeway. The main house had good insulation so not an issue there. The back casita was only a few feet from the tracks and freeway so an noise issue here as well as the back yard/spa. In addition there were 2 homes under construction on either side of this house. The other negatives were the basic amenities where you would expect quality but instead the towels were scarce and tough/worn. No Kleenex and very little soap and cleaning items. Perhaps this was because it is run as a rental by Turnkey.”
