Everything one could ever need exists on each floor with multiple bedrooms and private ensuite bathrooms, spacious living and social gathering spaces, kitchens and porches. With an elevator that provides easy access to all floors, guests can flow in and out of any level easily throughout the day or night. Providing wonderful beach and marsh views from many vantage points one chooses to lounge, the residence invites you to stay a while, rock in a chair, watch the sunrise and set and never leave your post. With its fun social areas ranging from four covered porches, a divine oceanfront private pool with hot tub, landscaped yard, fire pit, two wet-bars, large deck space with an outdoor kitchen, a pool table room and a private walkway to the beach, guests can escape or gather together as they wish - all while being lulled to blissfulness with either the sounds of the ocean or the music-system that distributes your favorite tunes throughout the home.

The home will be outfitted with a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these day-to-day items as needed beyond what is supplied as a "starter-stay kit". Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, condiments and groceries as needed.
