Description

Situated in an elevated position of an exclusive secured gated community on the Costa del Sol, in the heart of the beautiful Golf Valley, guests will enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea, the 18-hole Links golf course, the beach of Alcaidesa, the rock of Gibraltar, and the shores of Africa in the distance.

This newly-built villa has a modern design that blends with peaceful Andalusian surroundings of Mediterranean pines, palm trees and olive trees. Designed with respect to the panoramic views and its surroundings, the property of 5380 square feet (500 m2) also boasts a 2150 square feet (200m2) covered terrace from where guests will have the chance to admire an extraordinary scenic show, with nature as main protagonist, whilst dining al fresco. Turn pleasant poolside evenings into magical nights around the outdoor grill while the magic of pool lighting creates a sparkling effect at night, enhancing the beauty of the private swimming pool and the landscaped garden.

Inside the villa, the entrance hall leads to a spacious living room, a fantastic independent dining room with high ceiling and a fully-equipped open plan kitchen with top appliances. Every floor benefits from natural light and large glass doors, where the windows provide beautiful views from all areas of the Villa Panorama. The property features 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, and each one with en-suite bathroom, for a total of 4 double beds. Nevertheless, the private office can, with prior agreement, be converted into a fifth bedroom unit, also with an en-suite bathroom.

Villa Panorama is luxurious all the way and features everything you expect from a smart, upscale property. While guests who are passionate about physical activity will not hesitate to take advantage of the private gym, the ones who fancy a pamper day will relax in the Turkish bath.

The ideal location of your property will give guests the opportunity to enjoy all the water-sport activities as well as the large and clean beach accompanying the village of Alcaidesa, which has earned blue flag status for meeting high standards regarding cleanliness and environmental friendliness. The golf lovers will truly live the complete golf-playing experience whether at the Valderrama Golf Club that hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup or at the legendary Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, repeatedly classified in the international rankings as one of Europe’s best golf courses, which boasts well established vegetation with pine, cork oaks, eucalyptus and palm trees.

A short drive will lead you to Gibraltar. Located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, the Rock is a perfect synthesis of Britishness and the Mediterranean way of life. Take a moment to explore the beautiful beaches and bays that line the city’s picturesque coastline, enjoy a walk and a shopping in the Main Street, where to choose an great selection of duty-free goods! After a traditional “fish and chips” dish in the sun at the delicious restaurant Roy’s Cod Place, take afternoon tea at the Rock Hotel, on the wonderful shady terrace that overlooks the bay. From the city centre, ride the cable car and reach the top of the Rock, where you will be greeted by the famous monkeys and explore the Upper Rock Nature Reserve.

On your way to Malaga, guests will appreciate a stop in the glamorous resort town of Marbella, whose old town hides many secrets to be discovered. Stroll around the narrow cobbled streets with chic boutiques and local cafés  and head to the heart of the old town, ‘Plaza de los Naranjos’ (Orange Trees Square) that is home to the city's most beautiful monuments. About an hour and a half drive from your property, Málaga is home to some of Andalusia’s greatest historical monuments, such as the Gibralfaro castle, from where it is possible to enjoy a great view over the city, the port with its playa de la Malagueta and the 19th-century bullring. The bullring of Malaga and the bullfighters dressed in costumes inspired Pablo Picasso's masterpieces that you can admire in the Museum of Picasso. No visit to Málaga would be complete without a visit to El Pimpi, one of the city’s oldest and most-loved places in the city facing the Alcazaba fortress, the best-preserved Moorish citadel in Spain.
