Beach Front says is all...

Yes this truly is a beach front property. Everything about our stay their was top notch. Each morning and evening was spent strolling along the beach. We rented the onsite E-Bikes a couple of times for exhilarating rides on the each and through the back county. The staff were all helpful, cheerful and highly professional. The workout facility was impressive and the room was clean and very well stocked with all the necessary household appliance and gadgets making it very easy to prepare meals during the week. I give this stay a 10 plus.”

Five star experience at the Beachfront Flats

Our family had an amazing stay at the Beachfront Flats recently. The entire experience was top notch and seamless. Months prior to our arrival, Nicole (concierge) worked with me to ensure everything I needed to enjoy our stay was organized and scheduled. Aaron consistently checked in with us to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. Humberto (manager) regularly visited with us - we truly felt like a member at this exclusive club. Finally, the staff at the pool and restaurant catered to all of our needs. The location was perfect - remote enough to experience the beauty of San Jose but close enough to hop into town and enjoy the amazing restaurants. We will definitely return in the future and I highly recommend members experience the Flats at some point - you will not be disappointed.”

Amazing spot! Tempting to buy a week here! Has everything you need including a great restaurant on the pool level. Like having a private chef. Top notch service was greatly appreciated. We felt very well taken care of and ended up extending for a week. Renting a car is recommended. We did taxi/uber. Found Ubers difficult to get at times but the service team was always helpful getting a taxi. Enjoyed nearby flora farms and acre. Nice to have a smaller venue with only 10 units. We stayed in October, I expect the pool might get crowded in high season months with flora farm owners able to use the pool, hope to get a chance to find out! Ha!. Great beach views. Concierge made a number of errors and was not reliable. Also was very pushy with trying to sell the fractional weeks. We did not choose to learn about it. However pricing sounded well worth the property. Tempting!”

Gorgeous Property

Our week at Beachfront Flats was a perfect opportunity for us to relax and enjoy the beauty of this less populated Los Cabos area. The three bedroom condo was well stocked and beautifully furnished. Vera-Neo Beach Club, which is part of the facility, provided attentive service and lovely options to spend the day in one of their many lounge chairs or a poolside cabana. The menu was extensive and food was excellent, though we often opted to eat in the comfort of our condo. Our favorite daily activity was walking the beach and meeting many of the community property owners who have chosen this area for their winter retreat. Highly recommend this Third Home property and look forward to our return!”

Another Amazing Week !!

Was just at Beachfront Flats a week ago and had a great time so we expected much of the same this time around. The staff seems excited to see us every time we pull up to the resort. All of them go out of their way to chat and make sure any needs are met. If you are a bar food chicken wings fan you will love the Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer you can get at the pool. Love how the condo is just steps from the covered parking allowing a quick load or unload. Housekeeping comes midweek and makes everything lovely including the barbecue, it looked new again when she was done. If you're thinking about staying here just know you'll probably be competing with me for the week. ”

Quiet getaway

The staff at The Beachfront Flats go over and above to make sure your needs are met. Very friendly and happy. The flat is very comfortable and rather spacious. The balcony has an amazing, very close unobstructed view of the ocean. It also has an outside dining table and a beautiful very efficient bbq with a sink and a large granite countertop to prepare meals. The kitchen has an 8 foot island with a sink, a pantry, a mini bar, a $10,000 refrigerator (yes we priced it) that will talk to you, with a matching stove and exhaust fan. Your kitchen tools and silverware are all top end. The huge dining room table seats six very comfortably. All of the bedrooms are well appointed and there is plenty of space to move around in each of those rooms. The three bedroom flat is in front of the covered parking so you are in your room in seconds after parking. The pool has a hot tub and two kids areas as well as ample room for the adults. The pool also has a glass front wall allowing you to see the ocean and the beach from underwater! The gym is by appointment (limit of 3 people at a time) and has excellent quality equipment. There is also an outdoor restaurant and bar next to the pool serving meals and poolside snacks. Private cabanas are available if you spend $200 or more on food and drinks. This is a very classy getaway that is relatively quiet as long as too many guests from the sister resort Flora Farms don't come visiting. ”
