Situated on a quiet lot within the Sunrise Beach Community and only a few steps away from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this lovely beach house offers guests the choice to be apart from it all, yet only minutes from being a "part of it all." Step inside its 1600-sq ft tri-level interior space to find a delightful Living Room perfect for gathering and watching TV; an open floor-plan allowing guests a spacious entertaining area around the Dining Room and the fully-equipped kitchen. Walk through the French glass doors that lead outward onto the patio from the kitchen, to enjoy social time outside and dining al fresco by the heated pool while being secluded with the privacy provided by the landscaping and the fenced-in back-yard. Should guests prefer to escape one another or in need of some alone time, then escape to either of the other two balcony-deck spaces....with the top 3rd floor showcasing wonderful Gulf views. Slumber in either of the three lovely bedrooms, each decorated with beach-chic ambiance and color schemes, along with spacious bathrooms and ample closet space. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor and features a King Bed with a private tub-shower combination bath, and it has French doors that lead out to the swimming pool patio. On the second and third floors, guests can choose between a variety of bedrooms for either adults or children, which also have balcony or deck access. There are also TVs provided in all bedrooms including WiFi throughout the home.

Guests can enjoy convenient walking access to two private beach paths (only 40-50 yards from the property), where there are beach chairs and umbrellas offered. There is also a wonderful variety of restaurants nearby - some of our favorites are Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and Gulf Place.
