Beautiful house

We enjoyed this house. Central to many nice restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Pool is nice. Chairs and umbrellas were appreciated. Beautiful beach a short walk away. FYI. The key card is in the drawer beneath the TV - we didn’t know. Only slightly negative thing is I asked 2 or 3 times to receive a bike pump to pump up the tires on 6 bikes left for our use, but none ever arrived so we didn’t use them. Just an oversight at a busy holiday week. Overall great place to spend a week. ”

Wonderful Stay!

Very nice home located near Destin and Miramar Beach. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants. The owner and the local management company were very easy to work with and responsive. The home has a great pool with a shallow end perfect for the little ones, and was also very well equipped with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for a stay with an extended family. Highly recommended. ”

Destin Paradise

We truly enjoyed this spacious home in the best location. The 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up each day for us at the beach was luxurious, as was having the largest private pool in the area. For the littlest children, the bunk room off of the master bedroom and the shallow platform in the pool were amazing and our son loved both. The larger bunk room on the third floor made for the perfect hang out and sleeping area for the older children.”

Terrific Home in a Great Little Pocket of Destin FL!

Another fabulous ThirdHome stay! Bret - Host and Beach Reunion - Property Manager were very attentive our entire stay. House is great; our group used the three main and second level bedrooms. Everyone had their own bathroom. 1/2 block to the beach and we were in the pool a lot also. ”

We absolutely loved this house!

This house has everything! I would love to live here full time! The house, pool, location, and neighborhood were great! We walked less than a block to the private beach with beautiful white sand and blue water!! There are a few restaurants and stores in walking and biking distance. I was even able to go to Orange Theory daily! The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need! The owner was great! And the service he uses for the house, is just a text away! The neighborhood is quiet and exceptionally clean! Great place!! Can’t wait to return!! ”

Paradise In Destin

Beautiful location! Loved the private beach access with umbrellas and chairs set up each day for our family. Private pool was an added bonus for times when we had to stay close to the house due to nap time for our little ones. The house was tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and full of everything we needed to make amazing home cooked meals. They even thought of the kids by having games and videos, a high chair, step stool and baby bouncer. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would love to stay here again!”

Huge house, wonderfully furnished and equipped, great location

Located less than 1/2 block away from the busy buzzy beach on a quiet side street. Tons of space and beds/bedrooms. Kitchen has everything. Nicely heated private pool in the backyard and bigger community pool just across the street. Super Italian takeout place about 5 minute walk (get the key lime pie!). Best 3rd Home property by a mile and would love to return”

Home in Miramar Beach

Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. Plenty of necessities in the home. Lovely pool. Beach access across the street. Great shopping and restaurants near by. Close to other fun towns ( Seaside, Grayton Beach) Weather a little chilly but that was expected. ”

Loved this Beach Oasis!

Our family enjoyed our beach getaway to this lovely home in Miramar Beach, FL. We were not familiar with the gulf coast of Florida, so it was nice to visit this part of the Sunshine state. The owners of this home were warm, responsive, and accommodating, and made sure all of our needs were met!. The white sandy beach, which included four chairs and two umbrellas exclusively for our use, was a short walk away. This home is great for families with children, maybe not as great if stairs are a challenge. Our teenage daughters loved the pool which is an amazing feature of this home. We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy, fully equipped beach oasis and hope to return someday!”

Fun Girls Getaway in Destin

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise in Destin. It was perfect for our girls getaway. The house is conveniently located a block from the beach in a nice residential area close to shops and restaurants. The interior of the home is comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need. The pool was great, right out the back door. Carrie the concierge was incredibly helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us wonderful restaurants recommendations. This house was perfect for our girls getaway! We hope to return soon!! ”

Didn't want to leave but time was up!

This house is AMAZING in every way. It is warm, spacious, beautifully decorated, close to amenities, a hop and a skip to the beach and everything you would ever want in a vacation home! The owners are really friendly and helpful, and the complimentary concierge service is a great resource during your stay. I could go on and on but will just say this, the house was everything expected and more. We will be back!”

Relaxing and Convenient

We had an amazing week in this lovely home. Extremely comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room on the 3rd floor. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Tons of things to do. We rented a boat and jet skis and spent a day out on Crab Island. Several great restaurants to choose from. We ate seafood all week.”

Coastal charm!

Our week in Destin was wonderful! The house we were fortunate to stay in was simply beautiful; it was very tastefully decorated and full of coastal charm, something we appreciate when escaping our Canadian winters! The pool area was lovely, as were the covered porches both at the front and back of the house. The location is great ... a short one block walk from the absolutely stunning beaches of Destin - very fine sand and endless stretches of beach! The owner was extremely easy to deal with. He was very quick to respond to our questions/requests and was very accomodating; he did everything he could to ensure our stay was a pleasurable one. We would not hesitate to visit again!”
