Penthouse With Ocean Views and Private Beach Access

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this ocean-view villa has the space for you and your loved ones to enjoy the best beach vacation!

The spacious living room is tastefully decorated, showing off the beautiful Gulf and city views. Relax on the plush couch in front of the Smart TV. Slide open the patio doors to feel the warm ocean breeze. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and dine in the bright dining room.

When you are ready to retire for the night, retreat to one of the three beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, plenty of pillows, and a Smart TV. The first guest bedroom offers two queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

Notes from the owner:

The following amenities are borrowable to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible and include: 2 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach towels, 1 beach blanket, sporting equipment (basketball, tennis racquets, volleyball, frisbee, football, tidal ball), a cooler backpack with ice packs, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys.

Please take care of the provided equipment and return everything you borrow so that others can continue to enjoy them!

The building itself is a bit older, built in 1980, and unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the common areas.

Guest access
A pre-assigned key-code will unlock the front door. The entire three-bedroom, two-bath unit is your private space. The unit is fully accessible, including an elevator or stairs to the 7th floor and handicapped parking. The complex has only 30 units in each tower, meaning ample parking and no waiting for elevators. An onsite coin laundry facility is available on the same floor.

A private beach gate is located across the street (2 minute walk). You won’t deal with crowded beach parking or public beaches! The community pool features a large sun deck, as well as restrooms on the back side of the clubhouse. The property also offers a sand volleyball court, two tennis/pickle-ball courts, and a basketball hoop available during normal hours.

Other things to note
We use refillable soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers to eliminate waste and protect our environment. These will come fully stocked for your stay. Join us in our cause to care for our environment! Please be sparing with the amenities you use, and turn off lights and close windows/doors when not in use.

Unfortunately, the ice maker is currently non-operational, so please buy a bag of ice while you are at the grocery store! The trash compactor is also non-operational, but there is a separate trash can in the kitchen.
