Escape to a private and newly renovated 3,300 square foot posh lake house with a two-car garage. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits on 1.6 acres with 500 feet of waterfront overlooking the stunning emerald waters of Lake Keowee.
This modern lake house is designed to the nines with a gorgeous stacked stone gas fireplace and outstanding lake views from every room of the house. No need to worry about missing a game; you’ll have access to a Direct TV package with AT&T WiFi that includes all ESPN sports channels. When you work up an appetite cheering on your favorite team, head over to the new awe-inspiring kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, quartz countertops, and magnificent skylights.
All of the bedrooms in this exquisite lake house have brand new Ashley mattresses with built-in memory cushion for maximum comfort. The lower level offers two spacious bedrooms: a master with a king-sized bed and incredible views of the water to wake up to, as well as an additional bedroom furnished with two beautiful whitewashed queen headboards. These rooms share a spotless new bathroom. On the main level, you will be pleasantly surprised by a lavish master bedroom outfitted with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and sliding glass door that opens to the expansive outdoor deck. This room also features a marvelous en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in dual head shower and large garden tub under sparkling skylights. Also on the main floor is another tastefully decorated bedroom with a cozy queen-sized bed and heavenly tiled gas fireplace.
Outside is where the real fun lies. A 26 x 30 custom-covered dock awaits you for boating, swimming, and a host of water sports. Spend a day on the lake with two paddle boards, two kayaks, three round floats, and plenty of oversized noodles for family-friendly fun. The property’s large lot allows ample room to park boats and jet ski trailers. While you’re out on the water reelin’ ‘em in, take advantage of the 40Ib. capacity ice maker and black rolling Igloo cooler to keep your beverages ice cold. When the stars go down, warm up around the stone fire pit with pine rocking chairs.
In historic downtown Seneca, just 15 minutes down the road, you can sample flights of some of the finest craft beer in town at BREWS on the Alley. Be sure to grab a six-pack to take home and enjoy. Our trip to Lake Keowee was wonderful on many different levels! The house itself is beautiful, well maintained and furnished. Lots of things to do on the lake with paddleboards, kayaks and floats. The lake itself is an amazing clear, emerald green color....one of the best lakes we've ever visited! The house is close to Clemson and also Greenville which was a pleasant surprise visit we made on a Saturday morning! One of our best TH visits to date....appreciate the owners allowing us the opportunity to visit this wonderful part of South Carolina!”
We had a wonderful week! The house is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly well appointed! These owners have thought of everything! We boated, played games, watched sports on the huge TV, ate gourmet meals and loved the large firepit and dock! The gorgeous lake was the perfect backdrop to all of our activities! We also enjoyed visiting Highlands and Clemson. Another great 3rd Home experience!”
