Bring your golf clubs along and let the kids be your caddie for the day at the nine-hole course just a short walking distance from the house. A golf cart is available upon request. You’re a short walk to the famous Green Pleasure Pier, the front street beaches, and about a 12-15 minute walk to fabulous Descanso be where you can grab food, drinks or rent a cabana. Walk to the botanical gardens, take a hike into the backcountry, go snorkeling, or inquire about the private yacht charter available upon request; there are several sizes to choose from between 48-78 feet, and they make the perfect place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion!

Owner Lance was pleasure to deal with and property is great location

Location across the street from the Von's grocery store which is only grocery store in Avalon. it is a new large grocery store. Home is two blocks from the ocean. Golf cart is very handy to have in town and the beds were very comfortable. Nice view of the hills from the kitchen. Would love to come here again.”

Great location and helpful owner

Owner of property was very helpful and accommodating during out stay. The location of the house is in downtown Avalon across the street from the Von's grocery store which is the only grocery store in Avalon. Walking distance to everything. The golf cart was a very nice addition to our stay. We would love to return to this house in the future. ”
