May 2025Great Catalina Location
We had a wonderful time staying at this cute Catalina home. The location is fantastic. Close to shopping, the beach, and everything that Avalon has to offer. The house has large living and dining areas, very cozy bedrooms. It is in need of a deep clean and some TLC but nothing that we weren’t able to work past. The only thing that should really be made more clear in the listing is that one of the bedrooms can only be accessed through the other and you have to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. This this would be fine for a family with children, but for three adult couples it’s a little awkward. Had we known we would’ve limited our group to two couples. Lance was very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. ”

Location across the street from the Von's grocery store which is only grocery store in Avalon. it is a new large grocery store. Home is two blocks from the ocean. Golf cart is very handy to have in town and the beds were very comfortable. Nice view of the hills from the kitchen. Would love to come here again.”
