Vineyard Time
On the island of Martha's Vineyard in the heart of Edgartown village resides a five-bedroom cape cod-style bungalow bursting with unmistakable charm and character. You will instantly feel the laid-back atmosphere this home evokes as you reach the front porch, which offers two old-fashioned swings to lounge on as you gaze out onto the village.
Picture windows surround the living room where guests can gather for quality time with loved ones around the wood-burning fireplace. The sprawling floor plan extends into an open dining area with a large farmhouse table and a breakfast bar for a cozy place to savor your morning cup of coffee. The kitchen is a true chef's delight with stainless steel appliances and skylights that illuminate the space as you cook. After meals, settle into the den to watch movies or play board games before heading off to bed.
The beautiful master suite is situated on the first floor with a king bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second level, there are four bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. One bedroom features a twin bed and a double bed with access to a jack and jill bathroom. On the other side of the bathroom is another tasteful bedroom with two twin beds—perfect for the kids! The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds and vaulted ceilings that elevate the space. There is an immaculate full bathroom down the hall with an expansive walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub for relaxation. A finished lower level has a private full bath and offers an additional living space to hang out in.
When you're craving time outdoors, there is a large patio area and deck with a gas grill. Enjoy dinner fresh off the BBQ on those peaceful summer nights, and top it off with your favorite beverage while lounging in the six-person hot tub. This well-appointed home has everything you need for your time on the island.
Vineyard Time is perfectly located just a short stroll from Main Street for boutique shopping and dining. It is also near some of Edgartown's best beaches, so be sure to pack your swimsuits! Morning Glory Farm is something not to be missed while you're here—shop their market for fresh produce, baked goods, and pre-made entrees for those nights you don't feel like cooking. Take the ferry to Chappaquiddick Island for a day trip to explore Mytoi Japanese Garden and Cape Poge Wildlife Refuge. There's so much to see and do; the only challenge is deciding where to start!
