Sunsets on Amelia River
Sunsets on Amelia River
On the northern end of Amelia Island off Florida's Atlantic coast resides an enchanting three-story home with a 1200 square foot rooftop deck offering unrivaled views over the Amelia River and Fernandina Beach Marina. It's one of few homes lucky enough to be located a block from historic Centre Street, which plays host to boutique shops, delicious dining spots, pubs, and nostalgic establishments. Couple that with a short drive or bike ride down Atlantic Avenue to the beach, and your vacation to this luxe Fernandina Beach home will be one for the books!
Every inch of this lavish retreat will amaze you. Begin in the glamorous kitchen where warmed tone wood accents and sleek black cabinetry work together to produce stylish digs for the inspired chef. Stainless steel appliances assist with creating delicious dishes, which can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the large dining table. When bellies are full, settle into the living room where you and your guests can enjoy the large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating.
The home boasts four beautiful bedrooms and three impeccable bathrooms. The master bedroom with king bed has sliding glass doors that reveal a private outdoor space with seating under a covered patio. The second floor also offers a covered balcony, ensuring guests can enjoy the outdoors from every level of the home. The tastefully decorated guest rooms include one king bed, one queen, and two twin bunk beds. Each bathroom is equipped with dual vanities, with the exception of the power room.
It will come as no surprise when you find yourself spending each day on the rooftop deck watching the golden morning sunrise and violet-orange sunsets over the Amelia River. In between, enjoy the luxuries and amenities of the expansive outdoor entertaining area. The rooftop includes a bar, dining area, fire pit, retractable awning, and a living room with a 70" TV.
Amelia Island boasts 13 miles of pristine beaches and was voted the third best island in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler. Take a guided horseback ride along the shore, where you might even catch a glimpse of dolphins or a North Atlantic right whale. And don't forget your golf clubs because Fernandina Beach offers an exemplary 27-hole course!

Fabulous home. Perfect location.”
Unique, stylish and comfortable vacation home in an ideal location for visiting the area. A wonderful introduction for our first visit to the northern Fl coastal sea islands with easy walking access to the historic district, shops, restaurants and boat tours. And yes! Sunsets over the River were as described - beautiful!”
We had a great holiday and enjoyed the home. We spent time on the rooftop playing cornhole and talking and sometimes singing around the fire pit. The scenery was the change of scene we were looking for—(the marina, the charming town and near by beaches). We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops and also learn local history. We had gorgeous sunsets and inspirational views of nature. A soul-renewing visit! ”
