Amazing week in Acapulco!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property. The home is very impressive and is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in all of Acapulco. We had a group of 15 friends and colleagues and we still didn't utilize all of the bedrooms this property has to offer! The property is definitely noteworthy and well-maintained but what makes this stay stand out from so many others is the exceptional level of service provided by the full-time staff. Rafael, Danielle, and Tomas do not miss a beat! If you even look in the direction of the bar or kitchen, they are running, and I mean literally running, to accommodate any request, usually anticipating what you need before you can even articulate it. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts around the world with staff that could learn a thing or two from this crew. They were truly the highlight of the stay and after a week of wanting for nothing because they managed to spoil us rotten, we were exchanging hugs and thank you's while planning our return to come enjoy it all over again! While I could go on and on about how attentive, kind and professional those guys were, I want to also rave about the skills from the kitchen crew. The chef and Amirosa are exceptional at what they do! Villanas provides a multi-page menu with recommendations for various meals. We went through that extensive list and thought we narrowed it down to something reasonable for a group of 15. Not only was every meal amazing, but they managed to serve multiple menu items and several courses to such a large group at the same time. I saw the space in the kitchen they were working with and the two of them gave the best restaurants a run for their money with how timely and beautiful the presentation was at every meal. The variety of foods and quality of ingredients left us impressed and in awe, day after day. Thank goodness it was all high quality, fresh ingredients because we easily ate a month's worth of food in a week, it was so delicious and skillfully prepared! I had been communicating with the owners assistant, Ms. Barba, for many weeks leading up to this stay, coordinating for the group, asking questions, seeking clarification and recommendations. She was so gracious with her time and efforts to ensure a perfect stay for us. We exercised every one of her recommendations and are thankful we did because we had a wonderful transportation service for our transfers and outings, a talented set of massage therapists come to the house two of the days to provide 60 and 90 minute massages, and even several days boating and fishing with a local charter. All of these recommendations are services we will definitely be using again on a future stay in Acapulco. We make an annual Mexico trip every year to a handful of coastal cities and the next time Acapulco comes up on that list, I will be reaching out to the owner to request another spectacular week at this property with his exceptional staff. I cannot recommend this stay enough. Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home!”
