*Full disclosure: There are three Nest security cameras around the home for security reasons when no tenants are living in the house. One camera is in the living room, and two are on the ground floor. When guests move in, they are more than welcome to face the cameras downwards. A house manual includes instructions and details for the cameras upon arrival.

Having your expectations exceeded when you walk in the door is a great feeling. This nearly new townhouse appeared to have been furnished by an interior designer. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the place was super quiet. The RTD train stop was only a short walk away, so moving around Denver (without driving) was a snap. Highly recommend this place.”
