The lower level is a separate, host-occupied residence.

The open-concept living area is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and includes a fireplace, Smart TV, oversized seating, and a queen pull-out sofa. The fully equipped kitchen features KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, a dedicated coffee bar, and bar seating, while a large dining table seats six. A private laundry room and dedicated workspaces add convenience for longer stays.

Sleeping accommodations include one king bed and two twin beds with a queen pull-out option in the living room. The primary suite features lake and mountain views, a dedicated workspace, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and generous closet space. An additional bedroom includes its own workspace and en-suite bathroom.

A wraparound deck spans the length of the upper level and provides panoramic views across the lake toward the Rocky Mountains. At beach level, guests have exclusive use of a sandy beach, daybed cabana, shaded Adirondack chairs, fire pit, BBQ, kayaks, paddleboards, beach toys, and fishing access. Swimming, paddling, and other lake activities are seasonal, generally available from late spring through early fall.

The property offers a waterfront setting while remaining 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Denver and the RiNo Art District. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is approximately 30 minutes away, Boulder about 35 minutes away, and mountain skiing approximately 1.5 hours away, making the home a convenient base for both city experiences and Colorado outdoor recreation.
