Description

Sunshine and Saltwater

Home is where the heart is, and your heart may find its home here in Santa Rosa Beach, on the luxurious Florida panhandle coast. Sunshine and Saltwater is a part of the exclusive WaterColor Community, a 500-acre resort-style neighborhood off the scenic highway 30A. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is beach chic and well equipped to host the perfect vacation.

Southern charm is the first thing you will think of as you pull up to the yellow paneled two-story home with layered screened-in porches and pergola details. The sky blue color of the doors and garage add more warmth to this stunning property, and the blue hues are just as welcoming as you enter the front foyer. The open concept living space is brand new, luxurious, and detailed to perfection. The living room is inviting, with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a large TV for entertainment. As you walk into the kitchen, you will be delighted to see stainless steel chef-grade appliances and elegant fixtures that are any cook's dream. With four counter stools and a sun-lit dining area that seats eight, your family will have plenty of places to enjoy meals.

As you walk up the stairs to the second level, you will be happy to be met with another entertainment space that includes a desk for work. Two gorgeously decorated guest bedrooms have king-sized beds and their own en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with four twin beds.

Your stay at Sunshine and Saltwater includes a brand new, six-person golf cart to use within the neighborhood, so wake up and golf cart over to one of the six resort-style pools the community has to offer. Each pool is as stunning as the next; this complex is swoon-worthy and will make you feel as if you have stepped on the property of a 5-star hotel. The lush blue waters continue as the Gulf of Mexico is just beyond the lounge seating and is visible from all angles of the WaterColor Beach Club. The Beach Club offers the WaterColor Grill Restaurant, the Rite Bar level, Costa Chica, and more. The community's second entertainment space, Camp WaterColor, hosts the three other pools, including a lazy river. Recently renovated, Camp WaterColor features slides, basketball courts, playgrounds, and more for kids of all ages. The Canteen Restaurant & Bar are perfect for meals, so you don't have to run back to the house for any reason while you are having fun in the sun.

Beyond the community, 30A is iconic and a bikeable area where entertainment, shopping, and fun beach life living is at your fingertips. So get ready for the time of your life here at Sunshine and Saltwater!
