Historic Victorian Cottage- Steps to the Ocean!

As you pull up to this charming Victorian cottage, you will be enchanted by the curb appeal and the clear blue ocean beside it. Nestled sweetly on the California Coastal town of Pacific Grove, you can make your way over to the waters of Monterey Bay at Lovers Point Beach or walk the few blocks to downtown Pacific Grove to one of the delectable restaurants or unique shops.

The bright and airy cottage was built in 1892 and is in pristine condition with the original redwood floors, stained glass windows, and ornate carved details throughout. The living room offers plenty of seating to enjoy company, while a separate den offers a comfy place to retire after a long day to watch a show or movie on the smart TV. The kitchen boasts professional upgrades, including a Viking Range and other stainless steel appliances that pair well with the original light fixtures.

The bedrooms are each unique and delightful. Three of the four bedrooms provide magnificent Ocean views. The first two bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the third bedroom has two twin beds, and the fourth has a single twin with a desk with a direct view of the Bay. Each room has individual character throughout. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and the original built-in mirror and shelving unit.

Outside there is a back patio with a grill and outside dining, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. External security cameras add to the ease and luxury of your stay. The front porch provides cozy chairs ideal for watching the sun go down, turning the skies into the perfect shades of orange and pink.

You are never too far from fun here in Pacific Grove. Known for its Monarch Butterfly Grove, you can encounter these beautiful creatures just five minutes from the house at the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. Take a drive down the California Coast and visit one of the many beaches to catch waves, lay on the soft sands, snorkel, boat, and so much more!
