Secluded from the hustle and bustle of daily life, yet still within driving distance to Atlanta, Greenville, Clemson, and the University of Georgia, providing the best of both worlds.

Inside this 1,800 square foot lake house, a hand-crafted pine dining table, a large stone gas log fireplace, and lots of board games make the living and dining area a cozy place to gather. Everyone will enjoy preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen, which comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a traditional coffee maker, a Single-Serve Keurig, and tons of other cooking essentials. Behind one of the sliding barn doors off the kitchen is a large pantry with plenty of room for supplies. Behind the other door is a private “reading nook” that kids will adore!

All bedrooms feature light-blocking drapes to ensure a restful stay. The master suite is teeming with luxurious comforts, like a king-size bed, smart TV, desk and chair workspace, and plenty of drawer space (no closest access). It also includes a spacious ensuite with a stone-accented bathtub and a separate glass shower. But perhaps its most remarkable feature is the screened-in porch, which offers an outdoor fireplace, TV, and lake views. Following close behind is the guest bedroom which features a queen-size bed, smart TV, and beautiful lake views. After that is a spacious bunk room which includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a smart TV.

Aside from a stunning and well-appointed interior, this lovely lakefront home also offers the very best in outdoor living. Guests will enjoy a second porch with rocking chairs overlooking the lake, a Weber charcoal grill for BBQ nights, and a hammock nestled between the trees for soaking up the peaceful view. But the home’s pièce de résistance is the new large, private dock situated on a quiet cove. There is no hoist or slip to use for a boat, but there are plenty of cleats to tie up along the sides of the dock, and there is a covered jet ski slip for those who would like to bring their get skis. Bring your fishing poles along or enjoy the two kayaks (with life jackets) provided for you.

3. Life Jackets are provided and are required to use the kayak(s).
