Casa Dracenas

Welcome to Casa Dracenas! Built and completed in 2020, this two-bedroom ensuite home is ideally located near the city center. Casa Dracenas is named for the tall Dracena plants in the small gardens. Much attention was focused on the details making this home intimate and charming.

There is a small terrace on the third floor with sweeping views of the valley, the pink parochia church, and the lake in the distance. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon happy hour on the balcony. Located on a quiet narrow hill street with many trees and birdsong, your entire stay will be one of peaceful relaxation.

Casa Dracenas is ideally suited for two couples or a family of four. It is not suitable for children under 12 years. Mask-wearing housekeeping is provided twice a week and a gardener once a week.

Inside, the gorgeous decor and high-end finishes will captivate you. The high wood beam ceilings, wall-to-wall windows, and glass doors allow the living room to be bright and airy. The luxurious sectional, built-in bookshelves and stunning fireplace feature make this room come alive.

Past the stairs, you will walk into the gourmet kitchen with a dining table over which you and your loved ones can break bread. The kitchen has a gas range, a large sink, and every appliance you may need to create an exquisite meal. With views of the courtyard fountain and garden, the kitchen is another relaxing place to enjoy your mornings. A powder bathroom is also on the main floor.

Make your way upstairs to the two well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite is impressive with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with beautiful details, and a freestanding tub. The second guest bedroom is as tasteful as the first and offers a canopy queen bed, a stone feature wall, and an en suite bathroom with a generous walk-in shower.

There is an elegant laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and a mini-fridge.

Beyond the walls of Casa Dracenas, there is much to explore. A small church across the street has been restored to its former glory with pleasant grounds and gardens. Just six easy blocks from the Centro Jardin, you can be shopping and dining in the town center in no time.
