This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury townhouse is 1806 square feet, sleeps up to 6 people, and is equipped with air conditioning and heated floors throughout. The kitchen is furnished with all high-end appliances, coffee machine, espresso machine, Vitamix blender, and cooking gadgets of all sorts. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 people.

The large master bedroom includes a California King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, desk workspace, patio overlooking the forest, lake and meadow, blackout blinds, and a 72" Smart TV. The guest room has a King bed, ensuite bathroom, large window overlooking the meadow, and a 65" Smart TV. The 10’X10’ Flex Room can function as a 3rd bedroom - or a private home office/den to get some work done as needed!

The spacious living room has ample seating, a 65" Smart TV, fireplace, and plenty of board games. Off the living room and dining room is a patio balcony with a locked gate that offers terrific peaceful views of Lake Tahoe and part of Edgewood Golf Course, as well as an outdoor dining area with an electric BBQ grill. The residence is located on the first floor, and can be accessed by stairs or by the elevator which opens right into the residence entry hall (aka ‘pod’).
