October 2022Comfortable, Casual Charm
This was our first Third Home experience and we were delighted: The time spent at this property was akin to settling back into a favorite easy chair: We were totally comfortable right off the bat. The house is large enough, and laid out in a way to easily accommodate several families or couples, yet it offers a casual, comfortable elegance that allowed our small group of four to feel cozy in the space. We loved sitting on the dock for an evening cocktail followed by dinner in the light-filled dining room/gourmet kitchen and then (most nights) a big fire in the fieldstone fireplace or the outdoor fire pit. Views from all the windows are just lovely! We visited during early October - peak color time in Wisconsin, and hiking in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest was spectacular. We would love to stay at this property again!”

Very nice home and property. Very easy access to town and restaurants. Golf right across the street. The boathouse is something to see (the ultimate mancave). ”
