The first living room, also referred to as the media room, has a 75-inch flat TV. The spacious second living connects to the beautiful kitchen and leads through oversized glass sliders out to the large covered ocean-view decks to the sizeable saltwater pool & spa. Enjoy the seamless indoor/outdoor living as you flow from the various ocean view decks in and out of the home.

You'll have breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views and outer island views from almost every angle of the home and the many decks.

Enjoy large covered outside seating and dining areas, and a large dining table with a gas BBQ deck. Have your sunset drinks around the fire pit on the deck, or relax on the large, covered outside lounge area and the many seating and lounge chairs around the pool and spa. The large pool is approximately 10 feet deep, 35 ft. long, and is heated year-round (no extra charge).

The right upper bedroom has a beautiful linen daybed that can be pulled out to two twin beds, a beautiful writing desk under the window overlooking the ocean, large windows overlooking the lush tropical gardens, a full en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, and a large closet.

The separate cottage located next to the pool and spa has ocean views as well, and is equipped with a linen twin daybed couch (that can be pulled out to two twin beds), closet, and its own mini-kitchenette consisting of a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, cook plate, microwave, toaster, and has its own outside dining area, as well as an attached bathroom with ocean views, which can be accessed from the cottage inside, and from the outdoor pool and spa area, as well. The cottage has its own rooftop terrace with two lounge chairs to enjoy magnificent unobstructed ocean views to enjoy many breathtaking sunsets.

Enjoy stargazing on the second upper deck, leading up through stairs from the lower deck. This deck offers privacy as you enjoy lounging on the queen daybed, have sunset drinks on the dining area upstairs, or enjoy the lounge area and hanging chair when you take in the breathtaking unobstructed 180-degree ocean views out to the islands Lanai, Molokai and West Maui.

We allow your four-legged family members to join you, and there is plenty of gated outside space for them to discover.
