"Purple Room" with Twin Day Bed that pulls out to two twin beds, writing desk with ocean view, built-in closet, chest, ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. This room has an AC.

The primary suite is about 400 sft, features a good canopy a king bed, flat screen TV, large sliders leading out to a approx 800 sft private sun deck with 180 degrees magical ocean and outer island views. The suite offers an en-suite spa-like bathroom with an oversized shower and a bathtub. The suite also has an office area a separate couch, a small fridge and a coffee maker. This room has an AC.

Pets are not allowed on the premise (unless pre-approved by owner).

This premise is not ideal for children. Underage children are only allowed with 24/7 supervision of an adult. Owner takes no responsibility and is held harmless in case of any injuries on the premises.

- Surface around the pool & spa may be slippery when wet.
- Separate pool cottage is not permitted to be accessed.
- Free parking on the private covered driveway ( garage access is not permitted).
- Guesthouses and artist studio at the far end of the 1 acre property are not permitted for access ( they are rented)
- Being on Maui, you may notice certain island pests. It's not possible to eliminate them
