Nestled on Catalina Island off the California Coast, this traditional hillside villa has picture-perfect views of Avalon Bay and the bright blue harbor. The sunrise and sunset are something to remember from this three-story home's balconies, windows, and rooftop terrace. The top deck has dining tables to seat eight and a barbecue grill allowing you to host dinner parties under the stars.

Enter on the street level, and you will walk right into the main living area with lots of windows, natural light, and stunning oceanfront views. Newly remodeled windows were installed in 2025, as well as sliding doors on the main level and in the main bedroom. The living room also boasts a large TV and fireplace. There is a dining room, bathroom, breakfast room, and a kitchen with French doors opening to a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs.

The next level down hosts the primary bedroom with a full bathroom and a small private balcony. Two additional bedrooms are on the middle floor, one with a queen-size bed and another with a full/twin bunk bed.

Step down to the lower level with a second seating room, a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom. The bottom level includes a private entrance, a private balcony, and a washer and dryer.

With our 4-person golf cart, you can cruise down to the beach, shopping, the market, and touring around in the comfort of your own private vehicle.

Catalina Island offers plenty of outdoor activity for those looking to feel the breezy air and explore the natural landscape. Wrigley Botanical Garden covers about 38 acres of land and has native plants only found on the island. You can spend days exploring the sea, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, zip-lining, or even venture into the Undersea Submarine tour.
