Description

Paradise in the unspoilt South of Spain -
This must be heaven!

This adorable four-bedroom family home is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Spain, on the famous Costa de la Luz of Andalusia. It is named after the bright sunlight that is reflected by the wide and bright sandy beaches.

With plenty of space for families and groups of friends, this off-the-beaten-track property is located in an area with many water sports options. In addition, this house is just a few meters from a golf course, which can be accessed using a private golf buggy!

The property balances the traditional Andalusian style with all the comforts of modernity. The interiors are very bright and pleasant, offering great space for socializing.

The lounge, which opens onto an outdoor patio, is great for sunbathing or just gathering and having a cocktail with friends at sunset!

Costa de la Luz's appeal is endless, offering holidays to sun seekers with its endless stretches of beaches, warm seas, and ‘chiringuitos’ (beach bars). A short 7-minute buggy ride or 20-minute walk from the Villa, guests can sunbathe or choose one of the nautical activities or fishing. The little boat that crosses the estuary allows you to reach La Flecha beach in 5 minutes, a spectacular virgin beach with dunes, rated as one of the two best beaches in Europe according to The Guardian in 2019.

It is the only wild beach in Europe left; check out Playa La Flecha del Rompido. Just so you know, it can be accessed by boat only, and luckily, there is a public boat that can take you there and back many months of the year. It starts "weekends only" in June, full speed in July and August, and typically ends with "weekends only" at the end of October, although exact dates change from year to year.

Take part in a Natureway Segway & Tours through the Piedras River Marshes and Flecha del Rompido, or enjoy Nordic walking, horse-drawn carriages, electric bikes, or kayaking in the channels through the marshland. This natural space includes an area of tidal marshes separated from the Atlantic Ocean by a coastal bar, where you will be struck not only by the flora and fauna but also by the beauty of this place.

Guests will enjoy other activities in the surroundings, including fishing, hiking, riding, mountain biking, cycling, or simply relaxing and having a great time. Please note that the swimming pool is owned by the "urbanización," and its opening days or times do not depend on us. They change from year to year.

This charming home features a private garden and is nestled in a beautiful natural environment. It is just a 7-minute golf buggy ride from El Rompido Marina and offers convenient access to the waterfront.

Wonderful stay in El Rompido

This is a beautiful house to stay in, in a very safe neighbourhood with security on the gates 24/7. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool complex bu were disappointed that it wasn’t open Monday to Friday when we were experiencing 34 degree heat. This was second week in September. The town has so much to offer with so many little local restaurants and beach front bars and cafes. It was just wonderful and our hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to any query. Can highly recommend. ”

A Great Stay in El Rompido

The house is truly impressive and exceptionally well-equipped. It's very spacious, and several areas, such as the living room, kitchen, and garden, are absolutely wonderful. With a good number of bedrooms and bathrooms, our stay was very comfortable. The photos really don't do it justice. Aquí tienes el texto en inglés formal: "Furthermore, the community swimming pool is also very well-maintained. There is 24-hour security in the residential area and it's very easy to park a car directly in front of the house. Communication with Beatriz and Manuel was very good, and the truth is that El Rompido is a very beautiful town. I highly recommend taking the sunset boat trip and trying all the restaurants in the town, as they are truly excellent and it's a great starting point for visiting the Algarve. ”

Superb stay

The house is even better in real life than in the pictures. The development, including beautiful pool area is impeccably maintained and Beatriz & Manuel could not have been more helpful and welcoming as hosts”
